Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business located inside Classy Beauty Lab in Fresno Ca. Please note: Our main entrance is located on the corner of Shaw frontage road and 7th st. You may park along the street or in the back parking lot if need be. (if you park in the back, you will have to walk around to the front of the building) Cancellation Policy: I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice will be charged 30% of the original service price. If the card on file to uphold this policy is declined, you will be banned from my booking website until the fee is paid in full. Repeat abuse of this policy may result in the termination of our business relationship. Groupon clients with a declined payment will have their voucher redeemed & credited to their account for future use in which the late fee will still need to be paid. Please refer to the link provided in your appt confirmation to cancel/reschedule. This policy is non negotiable & strictly enforced. Late Policy: Any late arrivals by 5 minutes or more, including bathroom breaks upon arrival, will be marked as a no show & asked to reschedule. Late arrivals & no shows will be charged 30% of the original service price. If the card on file to uphold this policy is declined, you will be banned from my booking website until the fee is paid in full. Groupon clients with a declined payment will have their voucher redeemed & credited to their account for future use in which the late fee will still need to be paid. Repeat abuse of this policy may result in termination of our business relationship. I strongly encourage allowing extra time into your commute to ensure your prompt arrival. This policy is non negotiable & strictly enforced. Booking: All appointments are booked online via gloss genius in which a valid credit/debit card on file is required at the time of booking. You are not charged for submitting an appointment request, this is simply to secure your appt time and enforce my cancellation/late policy. For record keeping and liability purposes, all clients book their appointments under their full legal name and contact info. Appointments booked under anyone else’s client profile will be asked to reschedule with their own account profile. Groupon Vouchers: *GROUPON is a 1 time only offer. The repurchase of Groupon vouchers valid for a service you have previously received via Groupon is strictly prohibited and will be denied. You must contact Groupon customer care in order to receive a refund. Groupon vouchers are non transferable. For example, if you purchase a voucher valid for 2 lash lifts, both sessions must be used by the same person. Groupon clients with a declined payment due to no show or cancellation within 24 hour window will have their voucher redeemed & credited to their account for future use, in which the late fee will still need to be paid. Referrals: I love discounts, as I’m sure you do too. To show my appreciation of your continued support of my small business, I have implemented a loyalty and referral program to help save you money on future appts. For every appointment you receive of $20 or more, you will receive a loyalty point. Collect 5 and receive 20% off your next service. Also, for every 3 friends you refer that receives a service, you receive a free service valued up to $60. Please note: As Groupon does take 50% or more of everything sold on their website, I am making no profit on Groupon vouchers. Instead of sending your referrals to purchase a Groupon voucher, I would instead prefer to price match the Groupon offer in house. Referrals with Groupon vouchers will not count towards your referral program incentive. Touch Up Policy: Satisfaction is my main priority and 100% guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your service, you are entitled to request a FREE touch up within 3 days of your service. Children: Due to the nature of services offered and time restrictions, children are not allowed in the salon. This is a uniform policy in the entire salon, I apologize for any inconvenience. Agreement: By submitting your appointment request, you certify that you understand and agree to the terms listed above. It is your responsibility to confirm all appt details provided to you in your confirmation email/text prior to your appointment.
