Hi, I’m Crystal — a full body hard wax expert with over a decade of experience, specializing exclusively in comfort-focused waxing. After years in the beauty industry, I’ve intentionally narrowed my services to what I truly love and do best: hard wax services that prioritize skin health, precision, and a calm, supportive experience. Waxing can be vulnerable, and my goal is to make every appointment feel safe, unrushed, and tailored to you. My studio is designed to feel welcoming and relaxed — more like a conversation with someone you know & trust, than a traditional salon visit. I work one-on-one with every client, focusing on technique, consistency, and long-term results rather than quick turnarounds. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for supporting my small business located inside: The Haus Collective Please Note: YOU ARE NOT CHARGED AT TIME OF BOOKING, however, a valid debit/credit card on file is required to secure your appt & enforce the following Cancellation Policies: Cancellation: At least 24 hours notice is required for all appt cancellations or reschedules. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice may be charged 50% of the original service price or $25, whichever is more. Any late arrival by 10 minutes or more without prior notice will be counted as a no-show. In the event of a no-show, your appt will be forfeit and a fee of 100% of the scheduled service may be applied. Repeat abuse of these policies may result in the termination of our business relationship. This policy is non negotiable & strictly enforced. Touch Up Policy: Satisfaction is my main priority and 100% guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your service, you are entitled to request a FREE touch up within 3 days of your service. Restroom Policy: Escort Required. Guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to be escorted to the restroom. Feminine wipes are available by request. The restroom is located just a few steps away from our entrance and are equipped with self locking doors. To prevent lock-outs, we now require all guests be escorted to the restroom by an employee. Your patience & understanding is greatly appreciated. Children: Due to the nature of services offered and everyone’s safety, unattended children are not allowed in the salon. This is a uniform policy throughout the salon, I apologize for any inconvenience. Wax Packages: Pre-paid wax packages once purchased, are non-refundable & never expire; Cancellation policies apply. Monthly Subscriptions: Active Subscribers are exempt from cancellation fees, though 24 hour notice is still greatly appreciated. All new Monthly Wax Subscriptions require a 90 day auto-pay commitment, after which can be cancelled at any time. Should you cancel within the 90 day commitment period you will be charged the remaining balance at time of cancellation at which time all services are still valid to be rendered until original cancellation term ends.
