All appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice may be charged 50% of the original service price or $25, whichever is more. Any late arrival by 10 minutes or more without prior notice will be counted as a no-show. In the event of a no-show, your appt will be forfeit and a fee of 100% of the scheduled service may be applied. Repeat abuse of these policies may result in the termination of our business relationship. This policy is non negotiable & strictly enforced. All new Monthly Wax Subscriptions require a 90 day auto-pay commitment, after which can be cancelled at any time. Should you cancel within the 90 day commitment period you will be charged the remaining balance at time of cancellation at which time all services are still valid to be rendered until original cancellation term ends. *Pre-paid Wax Packages excluded. Touch Up Policy: Satisfaction is my main priority and 100% guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your service, you are entitled to request a FREE touch up within 3 days of your service. Groupon Vouchers: *GROUPON is a 1 time only offer. The repurchase of Groupon vouchers valid for a service you have previously received via Groupon is strictly prohibited and will be denied. You must contact Groupon customer care in order to receive a refund. Groupon vouchers are non transferable. For example, if you purchase a voucher valid for 2 lash lifts, both sessions must be used by the same person. Groupon clients with a declined payment due to no show or cancellation within 24 hour window will have their voucher redeemed & credited to their account for future use, less appropriate cancellation fees stated above. Children: Due to the nature of services offered and time restrictions, children are not allowed in the salon. This is a uniform policy throughout the salon, I apologize for any inconvenience.
